Description
1978 Chevrolet K10 4X4
This Chevrolet K-10 Fleetside short-bed is a fully restored example of one of Chevy's best workhorses. It is a two-owner, rust-free 4-WD truck that has spent its life in Virginia. The K-10 is a beauty with a 2-stage Copper re-spray that is in outstanding condition. Classic chrome bumpers provide nice accents and the bed has been shot with a Rhino bed liner. There is also a soft tonneau cover and stainless side-step bars have been installed. The restored black vinyl interior is in excellent condition. For comfort and convenience, the K-10 has cold A/C, tinted windows, sliding rear window, and full gauge package. You can listen to your favorite tunes on a Kenwood AM/FM/Cassette stereo system w/Alpine graphic equalizer. The Chevy is powered by the original 400ci small-block that was totally rebuilt with a .030” overbore. It is mated to a THM350 3-speed automatic transmission and fully function 2WH/4WH/N/4WL transfer case w/manual front hubs. Chassis enhancements include power steering, power disc/drum brakes, dual fuel tanks and dual exhaust. The suspension has been lifted and fitted with Bilstein shocks. New Raceline 15x10 forged aluminum wheels mount 36x14.50R15 Ground Hawg II radials. This K-10 in your driveway is a piece of Bowtie history. If you are looking for a classic Chevy pickup that is ready to work, come and drive this K-10 – you will not be disappointed.
